These 3 will scare the you know what out of you

I get a lot of questions regarding what is the best program for ___________ (fill in that blank with ANY question, you name it, I've got it).

The internet has confused the heck out of people!

There are people talking about programs noone has ever used or that they have never used themself.

It's a matter of integrity, and back in the day, men wrote books about how to develop REAL Man strength, but the difference was that back then, EVERY MAN who wrote the book actually trained hard and heavy.

Our information cuts through the hype and gives you the meat and potatoes of the how, what, why, where and when.

Take advantage of this, it's over the day AFTER Halloween!

Click Here and you'll see an entire list of e books at 1/2 OFF!

Happy Halloween!

Do Kettlebells Really work that well?

The question arises amongst many "new" tools in this training industry.

Are kettlebells a fad?

"Strongman training is a fad."

Well, these"fads" were around LONG before all of us ever stepped foot into a gym (or on earth:).

The simple truth is, all training tools work, yes, even machines.

It all depends on what you want or need to do.

Below, you'll see me going through a "combat complex" - That is only 1 of many we use here to prepare our combative athletes, and we also modify these for other objectives:

- strength endurance

- muscle building

- power endurance

We use Russian Kettlebells, I personally use them as well.

Same goes for strongman training.

Why do we use these methods / tools?

We use methods that bring about powerful results. Why waste time on things that give poor results, don't you agree?

I'll be discussing and going into specific details about my methods HERE.

I will take you through our exact warm up, through various workouts, post workout methods, discussion of program design (which is where the REAL secret to progress lies), alternative conditioning methods and tons more information that you've never witnessed or experienced before.

I want to arm YOU with the weapons necessary to achieve maximum results. Wouldn't you love that? I KNOW you would!

I can't wait to see what Jon Hinds has in store for us - Jon trained under Rickson Gracie before the UFC was ever on TV, and Rickson was so impressed w/Jon's conditioning he invited him to his home several times to share his training methods.

Jon was described like this, "He has the strength of an Anaconda!"

Enough said.

Stay strong!

Secrets of Success: 5 Things

I wrote an article a while back about 'The Secrets of their Success'

It was about my high school Football team, several time state champs, and how they followed a basic program, with only 5 exercises, yet they were strong as hell!

1) bench press

2) squat

3) deadlift

4) military press

5) barbell cheat curl

here and there I saw them doing some pull downs but it was rare.

back then, the weight room had 1 power rack, 2 flat benches, rusty dumbbells and some other crappy machines for legs.

There was a line of guys behind each bench, one after the other they would go, 2 - 5 reps per set, over and over again.

I have a lot more secrets to success than just 5 things right here, but I always remind myself and others of this story because the basics always work.

The basics are a cure for the weak.

We need more "Russian Playgrounds", don't you agree?

We're becoming a weak society and physical culture needs to come back in a BIG way.

Nothing wrong with adding heavy barbells and dumbbells to the mix :)

Can you quit going to your local gym and start training at home, or in the basement?

Imagine the fact that you could train anyway you wanted, no rules, your music all the time, nobody curling in the squat rack, nobody in your way, nobody stealing your thunder!

You can do it....just get some stones, a heavy barbell set off of e bay, some old dumbbell from e bay, make a sandbag or two, pull up bars - not much else needed. Your job is done and now it's time to take action.

Don't let the pretty clubs waste any more of your time!

kick ass!

PS - 3 spots left!

Watch this video to get strong (strong profanity)

Jim Wendler is a strong dude.

He is all about basics.

You can't argue with a guy who knows strength like Jim.

The guy has squatted 1,000 lbs!

Jim is not an "internet guru" - he's been training for nearly 2 decades, consistently!

** Strong profanity - please make sure kids are not around or don't watch if you get offended **

How many people can say they've trained for 2 years consistently, let alone 20!

People like you and I are the few, there's not many like us out there.

Believe it or not, we're a cult like group - we train hard, heavy, use odd objects, train outdoors, in basemenets, backyards and anywhere else we can move "weight".

How many of us are out there?

Countless!

I actually ran into a guy yesterday after an e bay purchase - I saw his backyard and basement and it was AMAZING! Totally "old school".

This guy had tons of thick bars, stones, tractor tires, farmer handles, the OLD Nautilus pull over machine, rear delt machine and dip - pull up - calf station! It was beautiful!

Even the photos in the gym were from the 80's, 70's, 60's and prior!

** I will re-visit this gentelman's home again and catch video clips for the members at The Underground.

Imagine what you could do, how strong you could get, using the equipment I listed above.

I had no clue until I finally left the commercial gym world!

The commercial chains have taken over, but there are MANY lurking in the basements!

If you're out there, I salute you!

Stay tuned for more!

Best,

Zach Even - Esh
