the unbeatable,posted saturday is so true.we defeat ourselves at every aspect of life if we don't believe in ourselves.take a shot at anything.give it your best.as john woods stated,"there are few real strong men left. most people are watching their heroes and do not want to pick up a heavy weight." I watched a video of ronnie coleman training for mr olympia. he was the only person in the gym!he stated,"everyone wants to be mr olympia ,buy they don't want to lift the weights" my point is this. not everyone of us can be mr olympia or win a gold medal in powerlifting. we can,however, improve ourseves in every aspect of our lives by competing with ourselves,and striving to better ourselves at what ever activity we take part in . don't sell yourself short......

z, there's a trainer in tulsa, ok that you may want to speak with. His name is wes wright and has was training strength athletes with sleds, kettlebells, strength maces, core grip bars, and an array of equipment that i could never have imagined. he's absolutely brilliant when it comes to strength training and after reading a few of your posts i felt like you and wes were related. anyways, here's his info...
