Men of 300 go Underground

I have received a lot of feedback regarding the movie '300'.

The tire flipping, kettlebell training, combative bodyweight movements, energy system work and the high intensity workouts are very similar to what goes in in The Underground Strength Kit.

It's pretty cool to get all this positive feedback when 300 is the biggest craze at the movies now.

Not long ago, people were calling Underground training a fad. I don't think basic training with odd objects coupled with hard work a fad, maybe it's a rarity!

Now, if you look at the video below, you'll see that on you tube it has had over 357,000 views!!

That is freakin' amazing!

People will always have comments to poke at this style of training, and I don't blame them.

It's easy to poke comments at others when you're doing the talking and not the walking.

The results of our athletes speak for themselves.

Dedicated to your success,

Zach Even - Esh

PS - If you want the Bible on Underground training and want the results that we ALWAYS get, then dig into THIS and you'll see exactly what we do, how we do it, and how you can do it to!

Improving you conditioning, Guaranteed

I asked all my wrestlers, all of which qualified for the states, if they did any running during the season aside from any running that were involved during regular practices.

They all said "NO" and NONE of them ever gassed or lost due to conditioning.

They wrestled hard, drilled hard and we trained hard.

We trained hard the entire off season, trained with very short workouts in season, and then added some extra energy system work 4 weeks out from states. the last week we eliminated the energy system work since the majority of their practices comprised of live wrestling.

If you're looking to improve conditioning for combat, then distance runs are not gonna cut it.

If you have our Underground Strength Kit you'll see how we string together a variety of drills and movements for freakish conditioning.

You can have a lot of fun with these workouts because of their fast paced, high intensity rhythm they have. Utilizing sleds, free weights, bodyweight and an odd object or two can turn a workout into a challenge of mental and physical toughness.

It's pretty cool, I just received an e mail from a guy who is part of Brazilian Top Team and I sent him some energy system workouts to follow! Who woulda known that guys this good would need me, I'm always shocked but this stuff works and it works big time, no matter how good you are or where in the world you are, you've come to the right place!

Even with limited or NO equipment, you cna incorporate bodyweight drills, sprints, and speed drills with your technique work to perform energy system work.

Try this workout on your own with limited equipment, at a playground:

1. pull ups x max reps
2. burpees w/push up x 10 reps
3. sprint around playground x 1 lap
4. stone carry around playground x 1 lap
5. inverted sit ups on monkey bars x 10 reps
6. jump rope x 50 reps

Repeat the circuit above for 2 - 4 rounds depending on your fitness level.

Let me know how it works for you!

Dedicated to your success,

Zach Even - Esh

PS - Look what Pat Miletich, world champion fighter and one of the best combat coaches in the world had to say about my methods: "Zach Even - Esh has done his homework on the old school ways of training that made champions in the first place. His programs for strength are right on target with what true athletes need to build explosive power. Everyone is looking for new ways to train. I say, why re-invent the wheel."

PPS - Don't wait, get 3 e books and 5 ass kickin' audios with the Ultimate Underground Strength Kit.
