Better than a kick in the balls!

This is amazing training, in more than one way.

I suggest watching this video several times and seeing what you can take away from these warriors.

Aside from the kick in the balls, I'd like to hear what you think of this video.

It was said when Dan Gable trained his wrestlers he was the closest American doing anything similar to the Warrior Shaolin Monks.

All the stair climbing with hands, sprints, partners on your back, up the stairs, down the stairs. His wrestlers endured great pain and great trianing and they dominated for years on end.

It's quite impressive what a powerful training program can do for one's performance, just look what Gable did for years on end!

Dedicated to your success,

Zach Even - Esh

zach,

There is book out there being solid by Atomic Athletic called the 72 Consumate Arts. It's all about kung fu training. It covers all this, it would be worth picking up, one of the chapters I recall talks about stone skin training. basically you get beaten with a stick covered in clothe every day. When it stops hurting you take some of the cloth off until you get to the point that you are just using the stick. Then you move on to iron and eventually stone.
It isn't practical for most of us but an underlying theme is training the tinest improvement every day for the rest of your life to basically end up invincible.

Haha. Zach, I own a copy of this video in it's entirety since around 1993. It's impressive, grunt wrenching and includes a very young Jet-Li. I like to watch it every now and again to get inspired. I love the one-finger handstand. These guys have incredible endurance and razor like mental focus.
