Those Rules Suck!!

Training sucks when you follow the rules....

Whenever I break the rules, thing start happening at a lightning fast pace...

Are you still following the rules?

The rules of business?

The rules pf life?

The rules of fitness?

F**k those rules!

Check out the latest Natural - Underground workout...

1A) deadlift 4 x 5 reps

1B) handstand push ups 4 x 5 reps

1C) weighted pull ups 4 x 5 reps

1D) prowler run 4 x 175 ft.

1E) sprint around gym next door 4 x 30 seconds


Now....we all KNOW that any rational coach would tell you NOT to train like this, and maybe....just maybe, rightfully so.

It all depends on what you're training for...

Regardless, the workout above allowed me to train strength, power, conditioning, work capacity, as well as physical and mental toughness.

I don't train for a specific sport, but if you do, I bet we can still break the rules.

Take your body where it's never been before, take your mind to a new level and start doing things that you're body is NOT used to doing.

I'm sure you can find a way to improve your physical capabilities and qualities.

Go ahead, break the rules!
