Why aren't you doing this yet?
I'm talking about hand walking.....
ANY variation of hand walking....
If you're not doing this yet, why not?
If you think hand walking can't help you, you're dead wrong.
No matter what you do, all variations of hand walking can help you.
This movement develops tremendous upper body strength and stability through the shoulders.
We often perform these with a partner holding ankles, or, we perform handstand push ups.
But, if you train alone, like I do so very often, you want to try the power wheel because it's UNREAL for hand walking, abdominal training and upper body training.
You can walk forwards, backwards, in a circle, perform walking plyo push ups, lateral plyo push ups, knee tucks, pike ups and MUCH MORE!
We have 2 power wheels in our gym now, and when Jon Hinds left the seminar yesterday, he sold out of ALL of them.
I also learned the RIGHT way to work my abs with this powerful tool, and what used to be done for 15 reps, was now only done for 1 or 2 reps! Ouch!
When you get the Power Wheel, try the 15 / 15 workout Jon took us through.
It only lasted 4 minutes and that kicked our asses pretty badly.
15 seconds work and 15 seconds rest: pike ups and leg curls w/hips elevated....BRUTAL on upper and lower body. My upper body was working so hard during the pike ups it was crazy!
Let me know how it works for you once you get your hands on this bad boy!
Go het em'!
