Stop walking on your feet

Instead, try walking on your hands as often as possible.

We did this today at The CJA Wrestling club, and man, these wrestlers were workin'!!

If you never walk on your hands you're missing out on a simply and powerful way to quickly develop animal like upper body strength!

I seriously feel bad for the opponents of our wrestlers because they do tons of hand walking movements to transform their upper bodies into bone crushing machines!!

Imagine if you totaled 5 minutes of various hand walking every day...

5 minutes every day

25 minutes every week / weekends off

100 minutes a month

It adds up fast, doesn't it?

Well, guess what else adds up fast? Your upper body strength adds up quickly - and yes, it's almost scarey!

What are you waiting for?!?!

Start making the basics work for you like never before!
